Policies
Vintage Rose Cottage respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstance share your name, address, telephone number, email address with any third party without your permission.
Payment:
We accept credit card payments and E-checks online via PayPal only. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Please note that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a credit card payment through them. When paying for your purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a free PayPal account or or to make a straight forward payment using a major credit card. You may place an order 24 hrs a day with PayPal. PayPal is a secure payments service that will never use or share your information without your permission. To learn more, please go to www.PayPal.com.
If you have any questions regarding your payment, you may call me at 817-657-3843 between 9am-5pm CST Mon.- Fri. and 10am-3pm CST on Sat.. If I do not answer, please leave a message. (The recorded message will mention my primary business, Sweet Necessi-Teas.) I will (I promise!) return your call.
International Orders:
- Please contact me through the "Contact Me" form to place your order. The shopping cart is not set up for international orders. I will invoice you manually through PayPal.
- International orders must be paid for through PayPal and the PayPal verification process must be completed before I will ship. Please follow the instructions on the PayPal webpage.
- Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail International unless a different option is requested.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for orders under 3 lbs and FedEx or UPS for orders over 3 lbs. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight and added to your order total.
Insurance is optional. However, if you do not choose to add insurance, I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Orders shipped via Fed Ex or UPS have insurance included for up to $100. Many of our items are one-of-a-kinds and are not replaceable. I will take great care in packaging your items, but we all know Murphy's Law: "If it can be broken, it will be broken without insurance." Please make sure your purchase is adequately covered.
Insurance does not cover theft from the front porch once a package is delivered. Sweet Necessi-Teas is not responsible for theft or loss once it has been shipped. Please make proper arrangements with your carrier(s) if no one is available during delivery hours.
Shipping charges are for the continental (lower 48 states) US only. Alaska and Hawaii will have additional charges. These additional expenses must be paid prior to shipping. I will contact you and let you know the amount and discuss shipping and payment options.
Order Processing:
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need an item for a specific date, please let me know in the comments portion of the order form. I will make every effort to accomodate your request.
Returns and Refunds:
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. All items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or store credit. Shipping fees and insurance fees are non-refundable. Returns must have prior approval within 3 days of receipt. Please contact me for a Return Authorization number. Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and packages must be insured for the full value of the item. Lost or damaged items shipped without insurance are not subject to our refund or return policy.
All refunds will be credited back to a valid PayPal Account only. If there is not a valid PayPal account, a store credit will be issued.
